My point is you keep on saying THEY never deliver on what THEY say, yet, YOU have mentioned the lawsuits YOU were pursuing or planning probably for more than a year and continuing.

You can do what you want, but I say, do what you say is a good practice for everyone, otherwise they are just empty statements.
