I like when people just read the headlines and see this only has 319mil share outstanding and 57mil restricted and think this will be a low float penny stock that will get into lithium mining. Love that hype.

Let me know if you agree on this potential trading strategy
Terry could release shares at any time but he has not, if he did the stock would really tank, possibly become untradeable as nobody would be buying.
I think someone has asked him to work this and create something so the debt holders can make more money on the deal because of the hype in lithium now.
Terry has all the connections and knows what to do in Indonesia for mining. It will take a while however the debt holders have already waited so what is another 1-2 years.
So I am betting he works this into a prospecting company and then a mining and processing company for lithium in the next 1-2 years. If the debt holders throw a little more money at this or they sell some shares the start up costs in Indonesia are much lower.
So if Terry does some PR and makes the correct moves they can increase stock price so when the debt dump happens it can get absorbed instead of burying this stock/price.
I think that is why they brought this back current, so the debt holders can actually be paid. Otherwise there is nothing for the debt holders as they have experienced in an empty judgement.
