Yup does not make any sense. It would be interesting to ask what the actual revenue is for those projects. They said 6k right? Is that the Assetcare fee or the total monthly revenue if mcld funds the infrastructure? Knowing MCLD, it's probably to fund the infrastructure too...

If those assets are 20 year assets, then with that loan, it doesn't leave much actual profit....
