I'll break down this deal for you,and whoever might be interested in knowing about AAGH OS, since it seems to me that you don't really know the numbers.
I hope this will help you.
As of the last 8-K (it is 8-K, and not S8 where you can find that info) we had 54 millions OS, of that amount some 14 millions belong to Mak (and the 500,000 preferred)
32 millions were held by the consultants, that leaves a possible float of roughly 8 millions.
Within those 8 millions, a small portion could belong to some employee.
Mak has to file in order to be able to sell (legally I mean)
I guess anyone can conclude who was selling.
