You don't understand chapter 11 reorganization bankruptcy. For sure I don't want that to happen cuz existing common shareholders get cut out, but RDGL can continue under chapter 11 bankruptcy. You're thinking Chapter 7 end of story bankruptcy. Anyway with 2nd meeting now scheduled later this month, whole point may be moot. I patiently await MK feedback about meeting, if there will be a 3rd meeting, etc.
