Yep... I was right about everything. KLMKH was all a fraud.

So, upon reading the opposition, my client was
surprised and reached out to the oil marketer who is the one who
actually picks up the oil and sells it and handles the deposit
of the proceeds from those sales.
They're called Maclaskey; and Maclaskey advised
us that the production numbers were much, much lower than what
have been represented by KLMKH in its papers and, further, and
of a lot of concern, is that Reuben Burton who is, I believe,
the former CEO of KLMKH and the man who's on the operator's
licenses that they use has contacted the oil marketer in
mid-March to tell them the KLMKH contract with ARC had been
satisfied, quote, unquote, and then directed Maclaskey to stop
having funds deposited into the escrow account and, instead,
have them deposited somewhere else. I don't know where but to a
different account.
