For several years now Jason has acquired products that never made it on their own in the market place. 3 reverse splits in less than 3 years. He has controlling interest and does what he wants. Latest acquisition, without looking, was something like $3.4 million. That will most definitely be paid for with trading losses here and that has always been the case with this stock.

He just split this 8:1 again and now has awarded himself 108,379 shares at .01 a share? Also filed a S8 that purports to shield himself from future litigation? "including breaches resulting from negligent or grossly negligent behavior" Give me a break, this guy should already be locked up for fraud let alone for future grossly negligent behavior in my opinion. Hang in there, he will soon need to split this again for that minimum NASDAQ up-list price requirement which we know now to be total Bull Sh.. all along.

Item 6. Indemnification of Directors and Officers

Our Amended and Restated Articles of Incorporation (our “Articles”), provide to the fullest extent permitted by the Nevada Revised Statutes, that our
directors or officers shall not be personally liable to us or our stockholders for damages for breach of such director’s or officer’s fiduciary duty. The effect of this provision of our Articles is to eliminate our rights and our stockholders’ rights (through stockholders’ derivative suits on behalf of our company) to recover damages against a director or officer for breach of the fiduciary duty of care as a director or officer (including breaches resulting from negligent or grossly negligent behavior), except under certain situations defined by statute. We believe that the indemnification provisions in our Articles are necessary to attract and retain qualified persons as directors and officers.
