You are right on the number of OS, my mistake as I used Weighted-average shares used during 1st Q period - basic shares attributable to Sorrento 337,123,000 in a calculation.
Copied the wrong line and pasted here.
But maybe you can help out on this for us poor non serious investors.
Outstanding as of April 29, 2022 was 388,946,453.
1. 375,168,017 shares issued and outstanding at March 31, 2022
2. 015,064,368 shares subsequent to March 31, and through April 29, 2022
3. 390,232,385 shares as of April 29,2000
4. 388,946,453 Beginning of May 2022

Seems to have lost some shares.
