One thing I need to correct myself for. The 10K has not been filed yet as MZ stated today it was an any day situation now and based on legal and accounting passing off on the final draft. It will then take at least 10 days for evaluation by the proper agency before acceptance. Hopefully, this is acceptable and shell label is removed.

Sorry for my misinterpretation that it had already been submitted. I guess I was too focused on the goal of being submitted before today and the shareholders meeting.

I will chalk that up and endeavor to make mistake free posts. Verification is incumbent on each of us.
