also the dividend would of been paid along time ago but there is a Toxic Noteholders that took them to court to stop it from happening so now they have to deal with this guy and looks like no dividend because of him

$DRNG had finished the preparation to distribute the stock dividends, including filing all required docs with FINRA. But, a Toxic Noteholder obtained an order/injunction to block issuances of new stocks. The dividends is thus delayed until the court lifts the restriction.
