Yes but it could have been very different.
The stock could have been pumped to a penny like hundreds of other non deserving tickers on the OTC. AND START THE DUMPING SLOWLY FROM THERE. Could have also maintained a floor at around $0.001.. The note holders were still going to get their money but with 10x to 20 k less Dilution
