Yes, although in the write up "Liquidity matters when investing in SD tokens" it is not mentioned that low liquidity could be scams , both low and high liquidity projects can be scams yes.

The write up points out that some metrics like mcap and % increase can be very misleading hence looking more positive than the level of liquidity actually backing these metrics.
