We will know after October when we have 3 quarters of audited financials with revenue close to Stu's projections. Or, announced new big contracts in the pipeline in the coming weeks, months. Having said that, this could fly sooner based on 1st and 2nd quarter numbers and the issuing of the stock dividends to SH accounts.
