I believe that they have until the 15th but that is a Sunday, so I would assume that this Friday will be the latest they can file without penalty. I am hoping that they won't allow this to happen. As bad as this has been trading recently, there are some good things in the works but they seem to lack a strong team to move them forward. Happens to many companies. I hope they get this turned around.

Perhaps there will be an update this morning regarding the filings. We'll know soon enough.
