frank is not broke tons of money from the shells hes not buying because share holders and market makers are taking advantage of him buying so they can make tons of profit and keep forcing price down again to buy low and sell high would you keep buying shares if people are just taking profit and not working with you to increase the price I know I wouldn't its better to put the money towards opening the business
