Halo Collective Completes Securities Issuance to Independent Consultants and Related Parties

[Halo] announces that on May 3, 2022, it completed the issuance of 18,503,765 common shares of the Company (the "Compensation Shares") to certain independent consultants and related parties of the Company, in lieu of cash consideration, at a price of C$0.225 per Compensation Share, being the closing price of the common shares of the Company on April 25, 2022.
