Hmmm, maybe a good buy? I hold and play with another reg a offering that sold new shares well below the offering price. It appeared to be a case of average price and then retail took over and dropped it much more. That one has a reg a offering price of .004 and closed today at .0013. This ticker has sold quite a lot well above the offering of .001. It will be interesting to see how this pans out, that is for sure.
