Only way I would think they can proceed would be if they updated all the missing Q’s and the K.

Reason I’m thinking the RS was denied was after all the complaints they must have received from shareholders who lost money. No way Finra Or the SEC could have approved that - No matter how corrupt they even tend to be at times.
