Somethings everyone just have to agree on considering amount owed that amount of shares paid is completely bizzare .No consideration at all to the company being worth .01 meaning 28,000,000 or .05 meaning 140,000,000. paying someone 400 times the debt owed at just a .01 evaluation. No reasonable company value from the pps taken into consideration. This is a serious concern. Bizzare!!!!!
