Overall the OTC is a disaster. some are green but overall a mess. I just sent a boatload of cash from last years profits from my online accounts and sent it to Vanguard. Their Federal Admiral money market fund pays very close to the Fed Rate and you don't have to tie up the cash like a CD. By the end of the year the Fed rate will be between 2% to 3%. It will be nice to have a monthly income from it.
