The most egregious lie of that escapade was that he said short to mid term before the company was named. Everybody speculated that it was ford, lordstown (glad it wasnt them), fiskars, etc. No one had heard of Atlis or Hercules. Only 1 poster mentioned Hercules and I was impressed. A defense attorney would argue near and mid term can vary but....to me it was a flat out lie. Longer near term( 5 years or so) is used for large projects like dams or power plants, not for relatively simple product designs and production. Had people known it was Hercules right away the stock would have gone up but not the big jump Rossi wanted, the jump let him get attention but was complete rubbish.
