There is no feeling of urgency to get the pps up. If management would be compensated in 75% shares things would change. Deals would get done. They would care what channel their news was disseminated on.
They will still be earning a pay check when the stock trades at .001. They can always RS it which I have believed was their plan all along. After RS stock falls 70% mark it.
you try to get the message across or past Brian or whatever the IR's name is. Friendliness does the job here. Whether there is a sincere feeling for appreciated pps price (a.k.a fiduciary duty) is another question.
