The "Drop" in Price is with Very Small Volume...This is Our Key Point.

This is Analagous to Only One Percent of Precincts Being Reported in an Election. A Candidate can start with a Majority of Votes of the 1% of Precincts Reported, But We have a Much Better Idea when the "Volume" (Percent) of Votes Cast is Much Bigger...So, the Winner of the First Percent of Votes Cast Eventually Could Lose By a Landslide as Updates of Higher Percent of Votes Cast of the Entire Population Gets Announced.

There's Over 80 Million Shares Outstanding...Volume of 8,000 One Hundredth of One Percent of the Approximately 80 Million Shares Outstanding...if Float is 4 Million Shares then 8,000 Shares is Still Only Two Tenths of One Percent.

It's All Relative.

VWAP (Volume Weighted Average Price) for the last 7 or 8 Months Gives Us a Clearer Picture, a Much Better Understanding about Price (Current Quote on Such a Thinly Traded Stock is Grossly Misleading).

It's Foolish for Us to Panic Now, Especially When Veltex's Impressive Fundamentals are Signaling to Us that Veltex's Stock is Poised to Fly Up Greatly in the Near Future.

Also, It's Interesting How the Current Quote for Last Trade (of about 200 Shares or so) Shows 0.195 and the Bid/Ask Spread is 0.30/0.38...Very Small Amount Sold at 0.195, Not Even Five Percent of Shares Traded for the Day So far...about a Couple Hundredths of One Percent of the Float.

Best Wishes,

Gratzi
