There has to be dilution, I have just been in the OTC way too long to believe some happy horse azz story other than someone is dumping fricking shares! Period or the company would have done thrown up the red flag and said they dont know where the shares are coming from. HORSE TURDS! There is dilution, too many cheap shares dropping. I have no answer where they are coming from. Low volume is easily manipulated and there is a big ass stink somewhere here and I hope we dont get caught in the middle of a halt. I do know SPOM is not on the SEC list of 100 Chinese companies they are in China investigating.
