If you look closer at the Securities Details on OTC site you will notice that the Outstanding Shares are being “Held at DTC”, a firm approved by the SEC to facilitate in the transition of shares when there is a swapping of shares of one company for another when there is an acquisition; among other things. This process can take up to six day to complete maybe a little more or less. When this process is complete; guessing this week, it will most likely be accompanied by some news or pr. This process could also be what is holding up the finalizing of the 8k I’m guessing.
