Convertible Note: Company has not verified whether this exists still or not

Financials: Not audited, because frankly why would a company spend their time and money when they're not obligated by the SEC? To my knowledge, they even fired the first auditor

Mines: Well, there's pictures of the "CEO" in front of rocks?

Or something along those lines. I've accepted that my money is gone and I bought into a stinky pinky and those who are brilliant shorting this to oblivion win again. Congrats Motley, Gitreal, Huggy Bear, etc. You guys were right, this thing is garbage in my opinion.
