Maybe, but I see it as someone trying to prevent a run, and if they sell, they do. I think they want to pick up cheaper shares. Explain why the ask was at .223 and then one sale of 200 shares and another at 550 into the bid and it never hit
The actual bid. The. A block comes up immediately at .195 for 45k shares? I don’t but it for a second. Manipulation is what I see. Imo
