I would like an explanation on the convertible debt as well, but I think you're assuming this is 37 plus million dollars, whereas I think it means 37 plus million more shares. This is up for debate, but I think it's shares because if you look elsewhere throughout the balance sheet, everywhere else it is notated with dollar signs before the numbers - except for here, and other areas where it mentions shares. In addition, it states "potential diluted securities", not dollars.

Also, in the balance sheet it states that the convertible debt is $78,500, not $37 plus million. If you divide $78,500 into 37,732,935, you come up with roughly .002. That's about where the stock price would have been around December 31, 2021. This may have been discussed here before. All my opinion, but I don't see that meaning they have to convert $37 plus million into shares - there's nothing in the balance sheet that would indicate this, and my numbers appear pretty close to target. In the end, we'll see.
