As usual, talk with nothing to back it up.

They’ve been on the OTCQB tier for 7 years, and I’m sure they don’t want to be downgraded.

This needs to be trading above a penny to stay on the OTCQB tier, so this will be going back up.

I don't try to mislead people with what I post, they're just my thoughts and opinions.
