The simplest way to think about it is in terms of the shells.
MRPI owned AYF.
MRPI sold AYF to FARE, in return FARE paid MRPI 32.5mil FARE shares, to be distributed across the 560mil holders.

These are probably new shares and I don't think anyone has confirmed the share structure of FARE, fingers cross it isn't high but assume it was 500mil we only own 6.1% of FARE.

Fingers crossed they sell the MPRI shell in the future.

That's my understanding at least.
