They have been doing it for years and years. There are plenty of warnings all over the board. Many get deleted (because how is the share price supposed to go up for bag holders if they can't lure in investors to buy up all the dilution), but if you read back you will see that this is not new or surprising. It's what they do, sell shares. Even this post probably has a life expectancy of less than 5 minutes if the gatekeepers are awake.
