$1,385 for Q1. That's a massive fail after this amazing acquisition of Ecotech. Not sure how you want to spin that into "bashing" when IT IS A FACT. What happened to the EcoTech REVENUE?
How do you want to spin VPER saying "we have to sell shares to stay in business" when IT IS A FACT.
$1.9 million in inventory. EcoTech acquisition came with NOTHING else? No equipment, no property, no IP, nothing? Just some inventory?
What an amazing company.
