Agree with you .... or they can use also the other 2 new guys (armenian)on nwog board in this regard.

So who would fit to the political picture?

IMO,

TNK-BP - certainly not (50% BP - the rest private
russian companies/tycoons)
Gazprom - yes .... but
Lukoil - yes .... mostly ... but would they not prefer
firstly to get their pending ME projects "freezed".
Transneft-yes ..... but can they handle all this projects
(they are actually pushed by authorities)in the same
time.

who else .... well maybye Mr. Malyhev will tell us sometime.
