1. He's not taking Elite private. He's on record stating this.

2. And even if he did try, he'd have to pay AT LEAST $200 million for Elite as he is also on RECORD stating Elite is worth AT LEAST this much.

Thanks for the information regarding poison pill. I wonder, if NH did try to take the company private, wouldn't he be subject to the same poison pill? My understanding is that the pill was enacted to stop an invader from taking over the company for a below market price?
