They re-applied to OTC QB today (see OTC Markets) and OTC QX is a more realistic uplist for them in the short term as Nasdaq by 2025 seems doable without killing the current shareholders with an associated RS.

The next couple of quarters are going to tell the tale on how well they can deliver on the sales/revenue aspect and they could jump to OTCQX if they make the projections they have laid out with little change to the share structure. The real issue will be the AS and if they choose to do something with that to continue financing the growth.

It will likely be a bumpy ride and let's hope the summer is a particularly hot one...
