Its not the shareholders that decide.
Shareholders loaded up at 0.0004 & much higher but the
Company has shown zero interest for shareholders. They've
continued to dump relentlessly & non stop for a year and a half now.
I follow over 20 OTC tickers. Even though they are all mostly beaten down,
none have gone below 0.0005.
This is lack of respect by the company for the shareholders. When you need to dump billions of shares you need to periodically take a break from dumping and promote the stock to a higher level before you resume the dump. Its OTC one o one.
Brian has been asleep at the wheel to bring the stock to a point where he cannot find buyers even at 0.0002.
