Questions for the battle tested OTC Stocks and Penny traders:
I'm watching several OTC plays that appear to just be dying on the vine. When one of these are in the tank, or there are indications that one is about to be, who does all of the buying when dumping and dilution are present?
I've done some reading which says that MMs may be the buyers and just stash them away until a time when they can run it up on rumor and then sell into strength, making a tidy profit. Other theories are about shorting the stock and the short squeeze.
There's so much that I DO NOT KNOW. I just don't understand how there can be buyers of millions of shares for something that is, or could be, in a free fall. I also can't believe that there is so much treachery, deception and manipulation. Apparently there is, and it's disgusting to me.
