Amusingly I get accused of promoting a ticker......

I have said got ZERO benefit from being quoted on OTC, but I’m constantly put in a position, not to promote, but defend. That’s fine. Glad to help.

EXPL is not required to report, except with NV where they are incorporated with an ACTIVE status. Shareholders have rights under NV law whether they ever file with the SEC or not.

They legally filed to stop reporting with the SEC soon after they purchased multi-million dollar equipment, as well as data from a 2000 sq mile survey off the East coast that shows the location of multiple wrecks.

Coincidence? Hmmm

In the same acquisition they obtained legal rights to the “Primary Target.” All this was filed with the SEC, and pictures from the AUV survey were also shared. See one below. It’s very different than a mag survey.

It is believed the “Primary Target” mentioned in the filing was located during the survey. The partnership that was formed was featured on History’s Greatest Mysteries last year as a result of the survey. Our partners aren’t upset about the share price. The appearance on the show is because EXPL is well connected in the business. Very few entities do subsea anything. EXPL was in a recent documentary about the future of the industry that featured OMEX. Spain was also represented.

SFRX’s connections are to who......those looking for discounted shares? They certainly aren’t getting anyone’s attention in the industry. Jolly Ole Everett doesn’t count.

A director for EXPL was on the first mission to Antartica in search for Shackelton’s ship, along with some of our equipment.

For the past several years EXPL has continued operations and modified equipment without issuing one share and the SFRX sheep can’t explain how.

Shallow projects like the Pulaski and North Carolina have yielded “trinkets,” but the best is yet to come.

I’m ready for some deep water projects. Our equipment (see below) has been tested at 4000 meters and has a 20 ton lift capacity.

I could care less who hit a market order of less than 5K shares that dropped the price from .06 to .0002. EXPL doesn’t need a market for its shares to be successful.
