OK, enough of the pom-pom waiving and back to DD. Like an idiot I kept wondering how Delfin would have enough time to complete the work on Station 44 to be in compliance with FERC. Duh, Station 44 has already been built and was upgraded by Summit Industrial Construction for Williams Co with anticipated operational capability by 1st Quarter 2017. I haven't found where Williams transfered its interest to Delfin et al but this is the Delfin Station 44. The following quote was from an email exchange I had with a project manager at Summit earlier today. You can click on the links below to verify this info.

We did built this project for Williams and pretty much did the entire project

Further, in Delfin's December 2021's press release they mentioned the following:
Re-purposing of existing onshore pipeline facilities & infrastructure.
Re-purposing is to modify and existing item to use it in a new way. So, whatever modifications Delfin must do cant be all that involved from a time perspective. Just need to see that Army Corp of Engineer approval and its go time! (famous last words!) I wish I could find the sale of this facility to Delfin but there can't be another Station 44 in Cameron I would imagine.
