Thank you for outlining the big updates out last week. The large amount of shares retired is a huge one for AGYP.

- 1.63M shares retired from DTC.

- PR out that another 2.83M of common shares to be removed from the public float.

- Large short position (with decreasing shares in the DTC and only 47M in the float).

- Oil Production.
