Interesting to see Bitech doling out shares right off the bat ..... subsequent events .... >>>>On April 14, 2022 and April 19, 2022, the Company awarded 3,348,000 and 4,635,720 shares, respectively, of its restricted Common Stock which vest 25% on each anniversary after the award date so long as the recipients are providing services to the Company or one of its subsidiaries.<<<<

Consider last Bitech raise at .35 cents ..... for Bitech shares ..... and we'll say Bitech shares on merger were 94 million. Roughly valuing Bitech at $32 million. Using same rough valuation cause nothing has really changed with the company .... now SPIN at roughly 510 million shares fully diluted now .... LOL .... roughly 6 cents a fully diluted SPIN share

Doesn't seem they are in a hurry to do the conversion of the preferreds though.
