As I have previously stated on the board here my sister is an OTCBB MM for a firm that makes a market in INXR although INXR is not on her list. I spoke to her earlier today about the appearance of several new MM's in INXR stock and asked her if their appearance is a sign that the listing is not too far off. She stated to me that since INXR is an unsolicited stock MM's can only appear on L2 if they have an order. She went on to say that their appearance only indicates that they now have orders in those stocks and when I named the new MM's she stated that those MM's usually only trade customer orders rather than maintain inventory. So although the appearance of new MM's isn't a sign of the proximity of the listing, it is a good sign that word of INXR is getting out and several new MM's are now seeing order flow in INXR stock.
