broke the back of shareholders with all the 'pay you Tues for a hamburger today' gigs.

The only way they pay these upfront 10's of millions is thru stock/shareholders, not saying this can't be a very good company down the road with these deals but for now it's just a crash the shareprice, do a massive reverse split, crush shareholder wealth, and start paying the bills by diluting after the massive split. By the time they start generating serious revenue the current shareholders will have been squashed.

therein lies the problem
