He doesn’t need to formally propose this this time round IMHO. Once the Q’s take the dive they have been threatening to do this past week, investors will be begging Cataford for an RS to keep on the Nasdaq. It has been the strategy for some time again IMHO.

But maybe, just maybe I am missing something in the TA (we all know the fundamentals here). Perhaps Rollgard could shed some light on the 1 minute charts? Perhaps this is the fish that swims against the current?

If a rising tide lifts all boats, then a whirlpool….?

So just so I am correct in my speculations here, 1.5 million loan, plus 10 mill for 1/3 of the best patents, plus 30 million for IP tweaks, plus 2.6 million for camera retrofits on Hugo = a potential 6-10 billion dollar buyout?

Sticking to my 150 -200 million (revised) projections with about 80% confidence. The other 20% would factor in a much lower price should the markets collapse of course.
