The Filing's VERY CLEAR, as it states numerous times: 2.5 billion shares for .002, with the intent to raise $5 million.

The Legal Opinion contravenes the Filing, but that doesn't make the Filing wrong, it makes the Legal Opinion wrong.

Whatever, lots & lots of shares coming.

Everyone knows it, which is why $VXIT continues trading like a dog.
