Neither you nor I are invited into the inner circles of WNBD. So what we are state are only opinions that cannot be verified. Let me ask you a question that nobody seems to have an answer to: why would Vincent give up 51% of his company to Winning Brands, which has very little cash? How does WNBD fund this acquisition to follow the path that Eric has laid out? Eric has stated that there would be no reverse split and he has secured alternate financing for GestureTek. I sincerely hope he is not going down the path of toxic lenders.
