Lol. It's possible James has already the SEC approval. It's up to him when he'll be doing the announcement. Maybe not all shares are settled yet around 0.002 or it might be something else he's waiting for...

You know that the PR -thing & time frame is a strategic game.

Let's hope that he's not gona f@#!k up again...not knowing the difference between 2 billion five and 250 million or 0,002 and 0,02 that's not a good quality for an experienced CEO when finalizing contracts/agreements.
