Absolutely not, you post a asset you have to have proof it exists - Pillsworth was a moron for saying Schaefer told him in a email first that isn't proof and second Pillsworth never posted the Schaefer email.

It is extremely easy to prove Bitcoin ownership and if Pillsworth is supposed to be a Crypto expert he should have know this - and he certainly should know that a email isn't proof of ownership.

Neither Schaefer or Pulver posted the Bitcoin on the Balance Sheet therefore they didn't get the CE. But Pillsworth did and got the CE.

There is no defense in the incompetence of Pillsworth.
