gfp: We move at the end of August but we don't want to put everything off until the last minute. The logistics of the move are a little difficult with animals, etc. My back is mostly OK. If I try to do too much I can still develop some muscle soreness. I have some right now as a matter of fact. But it generally goes away after a few days.
