There is so much more to this story...
First of all the market has not recognized the value imputed by the cancellation of 66 million shares... This is the equivalent of an enormous stock buyback !!!
Just imagine if Intel or AMD or AMC were to announce a stock buyback of 15%... I'm pretty sure those stocks would skyrocket!
Is the market going to continue to fail to recognize the import of this share reduction = or one the earnings per share of our to be acquired company has just increased from 2.3 cents to over $0.07 per share !!!
